Get Ready For The Fair!

The Washington County Fair returns for seven days of family-friendly fun from August 22 - 28.

Experience thousands of exhibitors and animals, free daily entertainment and shows, carnival rides, food vendors, and so much more.

Admission is just $10 for everyone over age 13, and parking is free for the entire week!

Adirondack Theatre Festival

There's only one show left in ATF's 2016 season: "Everything in its Place: The Life & Slimes of Marc Summers." This guided tour through the life of television personality Marc Summers takes the audience through his career and his battle with OCD.

Take A Bite

Only two more weeks left of Take A Bite! On Wednesday evenings, head Downtown to try "small plates" from local restaurants, priced at $5 and under, while you enjoy live music.

Art Battle at The Hyde

This year's Art Battle at The Hyde Collection is a Face Off. On August 25, artists will work from a model to create a master portrait. Enjoy live painting and refreshments while you cheer on your favorite artist. Your vote decides who will be named "Master of Portraits."

Over The Top

Ready for a brand new event? West Mountain's "Over The Top" is a 10K mountain bike and 5K trail run along varied terrain with beautiful views. It's scheduled for August 20.

Thunder Building Momentum

We may still be two months away from hockey season, but the Adirondack Thunder is already gearing up for its second year in Upstate New York. The team has lots in store for the 35th anniversary of professional hockey in Glens Falls, including the ECHL All Star Classic that the Civic Center will be hosting in January.
