Fair Season Is Almost Here!

Get ready for family-friendly summer fun at Capital Region fairs! The Saratoga County Fair kicks off "fair season" on July 19, and is closely followed by several others throughout July and August.

Capital Concert Series

The Capital Concert Series at Empire State Plaza continues tomorrow night, July 13. The headliner is Blood Sweat and Tears, which currently features former "American Idol" contestant Bo Bice as the lead singer.

Troy Pig Out

The 9th Annual Troy Pig Out is slated for July 16 in Troy's Riverfront Park! Taste some of the area's best food, enjoy family fun and live music, browse the wares of craft vendors, ride a mechanical bull, and much more.

SummerNight

Schenectady County's annual SummerNight block party returns to State Street for the 11th year on July 15! Enjoy great food, games, entertainment, and live music in multiple locations, plus a fantastic fireworks display.

Art on Lark

Rain may have washed out Art on Lark in June, but the summer street festival has been rescheduled for July 16! Browse work by local vendors, plus enjoy food, drinks, live music, and the best of Lark Street.

Saratoga Summer Soiree

Enjoy a lovely evening in Saratoga during track season! The inaugural Saratoga Summer Soiree, scheduled for July 28 at The Mansion Inn, will feature food stations, hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, and fantastic entertainment.

2016 Altamont Fair

Mark your calendar for the 2016 Altamont Fair, running from August 16 - 21 at the Altamont Fairgrounds. Highlights include an appearance by the Budweiser Clydesdales, a high wire aerial thrill show, a giraffe petting zoo, and so much more.
