Halloween festivities and fun events are scheduled for every weekend in the Glens Falls region from now through the end of the month. Take a gander below at all the can't-miss, spook-tacular happenings!
Immerse Yourself In Groundbreaking Films
The Adirondack Film Festival runs October 13 to 15. If you're in a Halloween mood, check out Cryptid, about an investigation into a monster in Maine, or The Quiet Epidemic, about real-life lyme-disease-carrying ticks. Not into scary films? No worries - they have comedies, documentaries, and much more for all audiences.
The second annual Apple & Pumpkin Throwdown takes place at The Shirt Factory on October 15. Food-wise you can expect everything apple and pumpkin (like cheesecake!) along with barbecue fare and much more.
There will also be kids activities, vendors, meet and greets with comic book creators, pumpkin painting, and live music.
Fright Fest happens every weekend at Six Flags Great Escape from now through the end of October! You can expect kid-friendly thrills by day, with monster mash dance parties and walk-through trick-or-treat trails, but leave them with the babysitter to return after 5pm, when the dark side of Fright Fest is revealed.
