We've finally made it to Week 6 of the summer meet at Saratoga Race Course! This week is undoubtedly the meet's most popular because Travers Day is Saturday, August 25. In addition to the always popular Travers Stakes, racing fans can enjoy the annual Stewart's Ice Cream Eating Contest, New York Showcase Day, and other fun happenings. The 149th running of the $1.25M Travers Stakes is slated for Saturday, August 25! As in previous years, the Travers is accompanied on the day's card by five other Grade 1 stakes and one Grade 2
stakes.

Looking to bet on the Travers or other races this week? It doesn't have to be intimidating! The track has a combination of live teller wagering windows and self-service terminals where you can bet a little or
bet a lot. Just make sure you're prepared with the race number, dollar amount, type of bet, and number of horse(s).
